We allow up to two pets per household. There is a $300 pet fee per pet and $35 pet rent per pet per month. While we do not impose a weight limit, breeds such as American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, Akitas, Siberian Huskies, Presa Canario, Rottweilers, and Wolf Hybrids are prohibited. However, management reserves the right to prohibit other aggressive breeds not listed here at their discretion. Additionally, we utilize PetScreening for animal verification.
